INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana State Police have boosted patrols over the New Year’s holiday.
ISP troopers are participating in the federally funded program called Operation C.A.R.E. through January 3. The initiative allows agencies to put more troopers on the road to combat dangerous and distracted driver.
Police ask those celebrating New Year’s Eve to designate a driver.
