COLUMBUS, Ind. – A small fire was put out within minutes at NTN Driveshaft Tuesday night.
Around 6:20 p.m., employees discovered the fire coming from an overhead heater near the loading dock and called the Columbus Fire Department. Firefighters arrived within minutes to the manufacturing facility at 8251 S. International Dr.
Facility workers were able to extinguish the fire by shutting off the gas supply to the heater unit.
Firefighters investigated the incident and ruled that it was caused by a gas supply line that had been disconnected from an overhead heating unit.
