COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus police arrested a man Saturday on suspicion of drunk driving after he allegedly drove recklessly.
James A. Foster, 56, of Edinburgh, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after a witness told police the driver struck two curbs and a median in a parking lot on North National Road.
An officer located the vehicle as it was pulling into a parking spot at an apartment complex in the 3600 block of Cardinal Court.
Police said Foster struck a parked car while parking his vehicle.
Foster allegedly failed several sobriety tests.
