COLUMBUS, Ind. – Five people were arrested after police raided a Columbus home Tuesday.
The Joint Narcotics Enforcement Team served the warrant at a home in the 3300 block of Virginia Street.
Authorities say they found 14 grams of methamphetamine, approximately 4 grams of heroin, numerous controlled substances, syringes, and other narcotics-related items.
Clorissa J. Clemmons, 34, of Hope, was arrested on suspicion of dealing methamphetamine and heroin.
Melinda K. Caudill, 38, of Madison, was charged with visiting a common nuisance and parole warrant.
Robert F. Johnson, 44, of Columbus, is accused of maintaining a common nuisance.
Levi W. Underwood, 24, of Columbus, was charged with visiting a common nuisance and possession of an injection device.
Daniel J. Butler, 55, of Columbus, was arrested on suspicion of meth possession.
The Joint Narcotics Enforcement Team is a collaboration that includes the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office, the Columbus Police Department and the Bartholomew County Prosecutor’s Office.
