COLUMBUS, Ind. — The public is invited to attend a forum on sustainable food at 7 p.m. today at the Bartholomew County Public Library.
Chef Dan Barber, a longtime advocate for a national cuisine that is as sustainable as it is delicious, is featured in a Netflix Chef’s Table episode.
Attendees will watch the trailer and then join in a discussion of sustainable food with members of the Sierra Club.
