COLUMBUS, Ind — A traffic stop on U.S. 31 led to the arrest of a Columbus man on drug charges.
A Bartholomew County deputy stopped the vehicle driven by Robin Ransom, 44, for a minor traffic violation.
Police say Ransom was driving on a suspended license.
Ransom allegedly removed two bags of marijuana from his pocket during the traffic stop. Ransom tried to run from deputies before he was placed under arrest, police said.
