GREENSBURG, Ind. — An Indianapolis man is facing numerous felonies following a violent beating, police said.
Investigators say Ronald Lawrence, 43, was at a female’s Lake McCoy home when he suspected someone else had been inside the house.
An argument began and quickly turned violent, according to police.
Lawrence allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat and slammed her to the ground. He is also suspected of using a pocketknife to stab between her fingers and slice her arm.
After speaking with the victim, police located Lawrence in Greensburg. Lawrence allegedly dropped brass knuckles in the truck bed before he was put in handcuffs.
