COLUMBUS, Ind.— A local man was arrested Thursday after Columbus Police used a Taser to subdue him. Officers located Thomas W. Morrison Jr., of Columbus, and attempted to take him into custody for a Jennings County warrant.
Morrison refused to put his hands behind his back and continued to resist arrest and struggle. Officers were able to use the Taser to subdue Morrison and place him into handcuffs.
