NORTH VERNON, Ind. — Authorities arrested a North Vernon man after a search at a home resulted in crystal methamphetamine, police said.
Jennings County deputies, state police and parole agents conducted the home check on a parolee at 9555 N. C.R. 700W.
Police spoke to the homeowner, Nicholas J. Johnson, 37, about possible drug activity and received consent to search the house.
Police say they located approximately 1.7 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside Johnson’s bedroom.
