COLUMBUS, Ind. — A man is facing drunk-driving charges after registering nearly three times the legal limit, police said.
Kevin E. Rice, 47, of Indianapolis, was arrested Sunday morning after he was pulled over on Johnathon Moore Pike.
Police say Rice had poor balance and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath.
Rice allegedly registered .24 percent in a blood-alcohol test.
He was jailed on suspicion of operating while under the influence with a prior conviction and a warrant out of Johnson County.
