GREENWOOD, Ind. — A report of three suspicious persons in a truck near Serinity and Wander Way in Greenwood led to the arrest of two Indianapolis men.
Police arrived at the neighborhood and found the truck that matched the description from the report that had been called in. Officers started conversing with the occupants, and while being questioned, the man in the passenger seat of the vehicle attempted to give a false name. Police matched the two suspects with photos from the BMV and determined that the driver was James Sutton, 40, and the passenger was Jaylen Sutton, 20, both of Indianapolis.
Jaylen Sutton was arrested for false informing and an active warrant from Marion County. James Sutton was arrested for driving while suspended. The third passenger was released.
