FRANKLIN, Ind. — The Johnson County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Joseph Nathaniel Kern. Kern’s last known address is on Palo Verde Court in Indianapolis and has also lived in Greenwood.
Kern is wanted for felony burglary, auto theft, and entering the dwelling of another without consent. Joseph Nathaniel Kern is described as a 27-year-old white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 215 pounds, with blondish hair, blue eyes and a goatee.
