FRANKLIN, Ind. — An Indianapolis woman has been arrested after Johnson County narcotics detectives and DEA agents made four controlled purchases of methamphetamine and heroin from her.
Detectives used text messages to arrange the deals over the past few weeks with Breanna Moore, 23. The deals ranged from small amounts of heroin and methamphetamine, to up to a half-ounce of methamphetamine. On one occasion Moore brought her three-year-old son and a pistol.
Moore has been charged with four counts of dealing in methamphetamine, one count of dealing in heroin, neglect of a dependent, and dealing in narcotics while in possession of a firearm. The child was turned over to the Department of Children’s Services.
