FRANKLIN, Ind. — The Johnson County inmate released by mistake a few weeks ago is back in custody in Marion County.
An error at the Johnson County Jail allowed Blaine Hansen, 20, to be released on July 26. Hansen was at the jail awaiting transfer to the Indiana Department of Correction to serve an 18-month sentence for felony leaving the scene of an accident and resisting arrest. The error remains under investigation.
