COLUMBUS, Ind. — After completing a two-month investigation, the Joint Narcotics Enforcement Task Force of Bartholomew County and DEA agents arrested two Indianapolis men suspected of selling drugs in Columbus.
On Wednesday, police arrested James Cantrell, 39, at his residence. While there, they found methamphetamine and heroin. Cantrell is being held on a $700,000 bond.
Johnny Flaugher, 29, was also taken into custody and charged with dealing in methamphetamine. Flaugher also faces possession of heroin in Marion County. Both were taken to the Bartholomew County Jail and are being held on a $250,000 bond.
JNET and DEA agents have several active investigations that trace the drugs recovered back to their sources in Indianapolis or other cities.
