COLUMBUS, Ind. — One person is in jail after allegedly pointing a rifle at a neighbor in the 1400 block of Pearl Street in Columbus on Friday around 5 p.m.
Police say Arthur Daniels, 30, was fighting with another man and became upset about being video-recorded by a neighbor. According to witnesses, Daniels then pointed a hunting rifle in the neighbor’s direction. He was arrested nearby without incident. Daniels has been charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance, and a warrant from Jennings County.
