Heuchan selected as next Franklin council member

FRANKLIN, Ind. — A caucus in Johnson County has elected Bob Heuchan as the newest member of city council for the city of Franklin. Heuchan takes the spot previously held by Mayor Steve Barnett. During the same meeting Brandi Henderson was elected as the next member of the Franklin Township Advisory Board.
