FRANKLIN, Ind. — Motorists in Franklin can expect construction operations to restrict the intersection of King and Forsythe Streets beginning Monday, March 20.
From March 20 through March 23, crews from VECTREN and Miller Pipeline will begin removal and installation of gas lines. One lane will remain open at all times. After Thursday, construction operations will shift to the right-of-way area out of the roadway.
