JACKSON COUNTY, Ind. – Two people were killed in a crash on Interstate 65 Tuesday. Thomas Harding, 62, and Joyce Harding, 59, both of Indianapolis, died when their van rear-ended a semi-trailer near Seymour. Sgt.
