COLUMBUS, Ind. – A Columbus woman was arrested on drug charges Thursday. A press release from Columbus Police Lt. Matt Harris states an officer pulled over Tracy Coop, 52, because her headlights were not on. According to the release a police canine responded to the scene and indicated the odor of narcotics in the vehicle, which led to the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Coop was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a legend drug, possession of a legend drug injection device, and possession of paraphernalia.
