JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. – Johnson County Bureau of Tourism stayed within the state to find its first director.
Kenneth Kosky most recently served as Public Relations and Promotions Director for Indiana Dunes Tourism in Porter County. Convention Visitors Tourism Commission President Mike Neal said the group received an overwhelming response from candidates from across the Midwest, but selected Kosky because of his strategic approach and inspiring vision for Johnson County Tourism.
The Tourism Bureau is funded by the Innkeepers Tax and will have a budget of over $400,000 for 2017.
