CRH receives diamond status

COLUMBUS, Ind. – Columbus Regional Health is being recognized as a 5-Diamond Patient Safety Facility for its Inpatient Dialysis Unit. The program was designed to help dialysis facilities increase awareness of, promote, and build a culture of patient safety. To be awarded the 5-Diamond recognition the facility needs to promote the development of patient safety culture, an influenza vaccination campaign, patient-provider conflict management, hand hygiene and adverse event reporting.
