JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind. – An Indianapolis man was arrested in Johnson County after fleeing from police Saturday. According to a report from Johnson County Sheriff’s Deputy Shawn Hodson, Hodson attempted to stop Joseph Wolfley, 26, when he disregarded a stop sign. While fleeing, Wolfley allegedly threw plastic bags of marijuana out of the window of his vehicle. Once he finally pulled over Wolfley failed several field sobriety tests and was arrested on preliminary charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, and possession of marijuana.
