People trail closed for bridge installation

COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Parks and Recreation Department has closed a portion of the people trail system to allow crews to install the historic Newbern Bridge. The people trail from 25^th Street to 19^th Street will remain closed until the end of September.
