COLUMBUS, Ind. – A Hope woman was arrested early Wednesday when an officer saw her riding a bike in the dark with no lights and stopped her to question her. According to the Columbus Police Department, officer Skylar Berry determined Lacey Hoeltke, 35, had an active arrest warrant so Berry took her into custody.
