FRANKLIN, Ind.–Two 20-year-old Greenwood men were arrested at the Johnson County Fair on Monday. According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy heard Michael Brici curse then saw John Hornsby pull Brici behind a building. Both men allegedly admitted to drinking alcohol earlier in the evening, and failed breathalyzer tests. Brici and Hornsby are facing charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor.
