SEYMOUR, Ind.-Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews will chip seal U.S. Highway 31 between Seymour and Austin next week. Motorists should expect the highway to be restricted on July 27, 28, and 31. Flaggers will be directing drivers through worksites.
