FRANKLIN, Ind.—A pair from Indianapolis are in custody after a traffic stop Thursday afternoon in Franklin. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Department says that Brett Leach, 57, and April Campbell, 45, were stopped by an officer who noticed their vehicle crossing over the center line of U.S. 31 multiple times. Leach had a suspended license along with an outstanding warrant. Both he and Campbell were arrested on drug charges after methamphetamine was purportedly found in the vehicle. They were both taken to the Johnson County Jail.
