SEYMOUR, Ind.-Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews will chip seal U.S. Highway 31 between Seymour and Austin starting later this week. Motorists should expect the highway to be restricted on Thursday, Friday, and next Monday. Flaggers will be directing drivers through worksites.
