COLUMBUS, Ind.—Meet the faces of Columbus public safety this Saturday night! Captain Mike Wilson of the Columbus Fire Department says it is an opportunity for the community to interact with local law enforcement and firefighters and find out more about their jobs. Fire trucks and police cruisers will be on display along with the various types of tools and equipment that each department uses. This free event is Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m., in the Lowe’s parking lot at the corner of 10th Street and U.S. 31.
