MORGANTOWN, Ind. – A Bloomington man was arrested on drug charges after he was caught speeding on State Road 37 in Morgantown. According to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department, Willis Helton, 19, was pulled over for going 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. Upon a search of his vehicle, officers allegedly found various drugs and paraphernalia. Helton was taken to Johnson County Jail on charges related to those discoveries along with a charge for dealing hashish.
