COLUMBUS, Ind. – Lowell Road, between 250W (to the south) and 250W (to the north), will be closed to through traffic from approximately 7:30 am until 3:00 pm today, Wednesday, July 26, for road improvements along the edge of the existing roadway and into the paved areas. Please avoid the area during this time frame.
