COLUMBUS, Ind.–Lowell Road, between County Road 250W and County Road 250W, will be closed to through traffic for road improvements from approximately 8:00 am until 3:00 pm today, and also the same time frame next Monday and Tuesday. The Bartholomew County Highway Department asks you to avoid this area during these days and times.
