JOHNSON COUNTY, Ind.–The sheriff’s office in El Paso County, Colorado has filed charges against a Greenwood man for felony menacing and reckless endangerment. According to WNDU in South Bend, the Carroll County Indiana Sheriff’s Office is also investigating the possibility of Daniel Nations, 31, of Greenwood, being connected to the February murders of Libby German and Abby Williams in Delphi, Indiana. Local News Digital also received word from the Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office that it is filing charges against Nations for failure to register as a sex or violent offender after he moved from his Greenwood address without notifying them. In 2007, Nations was arrested for exposing himself to a woman in Spartansburg, South Carolina. More information will be forthcoming as it becomes available.
