FRANKLIN, Ind.–A Johnson County man was arrested in Franklin after supposedly recording his girlfriend’s teenage daughter showering Sunday evening. Authorities at the Franklin Police Department say that as the 13-year-old daughter was undressing to take a shower, she noticed a flashing light from a camera hidden inside a shoebox in the bathroom closet. Police determined that the camera and SD card belong to the mother’s boyfriend, Charles Walker, of Franklin. Walker was taken into custody and charged with child exploitation, child pornography, and voyeurism.
