FREETOWN, Ind.–Crews had to briefly shut down a southwest Bartholomew County road to put out a vehicle engulfed in flames. Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Deputies say they were called to a traffic accident involving a deer, in the 13000 block of Becks Grove Road, near Freetown, early Wednesday morning. The vehicle involved caught fire after striking the deer. No one was injured in the accident.
