FRANKLIN, Ind.–A young student at Custer Baker Intermediate School in Franklin is being investigated for supposedly having brought a “hit list” to school on Wednesday. Sources say that the 11-year-old girl had allegedly identified a dozen fellow classmates and teachers whom she wanted to kill because they had upset her. Another student reported the list to a teacher, who relayed the information to the Franklin Police Department.
FPD is taking the incident seriously and plans to recommend to the Johnson County Prosecutor’s Office to bring charges against the girl. In the meantime, she is suspended from school for three days and will undergo a mental health evaluation.
