FRANKLIN, Ind.–A Johnson County man is behind bars after being charged with possession of child pornography on Wednesday. Sgt. John Perrine of the Indiana State Police says the arrest stemmed from a three-month investigation by the Indiana Crimes Against Children Task Force, the Noblesville Police Department, and the Franklin Police Department.
The findings of the investigation led detectives to file for and receive a search warrant for a residence within the city of Franklin. During that search, evidence was uncovered and a subsequent apprehension was made. Gary Dismore, of Franklin, was taken into custody and booked into the Johnson County Jail.
