SOUTH CENTRAL INDIANA–The National Weather Service in Indianapolis is forecasting between 90 to 100 percent chance of rain for south-central Indiana during trick-or-treat times Wednesday night. With that in mind, a few communities in Bartholomew and Jennings Counties have taken action and moved their Trick-or-Treat day from Wednesday to Friday.
Kids in Hope and Hartsville can collect candy on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m., and North Vernon little ones can go out from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday.
At this point, Columbus Trick-or-Treat plans remain in place for Wednesday between 5:30 and 8 p.m.
