COLUMBUS, Ind.–Sixty-three years ago Friday, the Bartholomew Consolidated School Foundation (BCSF) was established to support the work of the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation and promote awareness and philanthropy for programs that help students achieve educational excellence.
To mark the occasion, BCSF is looking for “63 Stars” this month. Individuals and organizations can become a “star” by making a pledge of only $20/month for one year or a one-time donation of $240. The money raised helps kick-start new programs like “Lightning Grants” which provides teachers with “lightning fast funds” for additional resources needed to develop exciting new classroom experiences for students at every grade level.
When “63 Stars” make a pledge during the month of November, BCSF will raise over $15,000 to fund the brilliant ideas that make a huge impact on young minds and the community. Donations will be doubled by local foundations.
