Semi jack-knifed after Franklin rail accident

FRANKLIN, Ind. – Another train versus vehicle crash took place Monday afternoon in Johnson County, this one involving an empty tanker truck. The latest accident happened just a couple of weeks after a woman was killed at another Johnson County railroad crossing in New Whiteland. Authorities say the semi jack-knifed when it was hit by a CSX train on Earlywood Drive in Franklin. There are no crossing arms or lights at the intersection. No one was injured in the Monday mishap.
