UPDATE – NORTH VERNON, Ind. – Destiny Bailey, the fourth suspect associated with the murder that took place last week at Country Squire Lakes, is now in custody. She was arrested by the Jennings County Sheriff’s office on Sunday morning.
NORTH VERNON, Ind. – Dave Turner, Chief Deputy at the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office, says the murder investigation of Donavon Booker shooting continues and the department is asking for the public’s assistance.
On April 16, three people were taken into custody in Louisville and are currently waiting to be extradited to Jennings County. Stephon Moore was arrested for murder and attempted murder (2 counts), Frank Bailey is being held for battery resulting in bodily injury and disorderly conduct, and Fashion Ellis was booked for battery by means of a deadly weapon.
One other suspect, who is wanted for assisting a criminal, is being sought by law enforcement for her alleged involvement in the homicide. The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office is trying to locate Destiny L. Bailey. She is described as a 25-year-old black female, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighing 130 pounds.
