BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. – On April 29, 2019, at approximately 11:22 p.m., Bartholomew County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the 1200 block of Jonesville Road after a homeowner was notified by a neighbor that her property was being burglarized.
On arrival, Deputy Jarod Aspenson observed a flashlight moving inside of the garage. The suspect, identified as William McClintock, 48, 2340 Bristol Drive, Franklin, IN., then exited the garage where he was immediately detained.
Methamphetamine, a syringe and a large number of vehicle keys were allegedly found on McClintock’s person. It was also reported that there were additional vehicle keys located on the garage floor. It appears that McClintock may have illegally entered the garage and stole keys from a box inside.
This is an ongoing investigation.
