FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) is inviting local artists and creative community members to submit mural designs for the Color the County Mural Program’s 2019 locations in Franklin and Trafalgar.
The JCCF Color the County Mural Program brings artists and their communities together through a collaborative process of mural making to create powerful artworks that can transform public spaces, neighborhood identities and individual lives.
