
COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation is hosting an open house in Columbus this evening, May 15, to present the 2020-2024 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program, Long Range Transportation Plan, and Public Involvement Plan.
Transportation infrastructure improvements being discussed include bridge and pavement renovations, as well as safety, congestion, mobility, and emergency response in southeast Indiana.
The public is encouraged to attend the meeting today, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Columbus East High School on Marr Road. INDOT personnel will be on hand to answer questions, give feedback, and address concerns regarding these topics.
