BARTHOLOMEW/JACKSON COUNTIES, Ind. – E&B Paving Inc. is closing various lane segments of northbound Interstate 65 this week, between Seymour and Columbus. The overnight restrictions are to complete milling and guardrail repair work in the I-65 construction zone.
Last night, the right lane along mile markers 50 and 51, north of the Seymour exit was closed.
Thursday night, the left lane at mile marker 56, north of the Jonesville exit will not be open.
On Friday, the right lane at mile marker 61, south of the Walesboro exit will be closed.
Work is weather dependent, and motorists are encouraged to follow the 55 mph speed restriction posted in the work zone.
