COLUMBUS, Ind. – Bartholomew County Sheriff’s deputies were patrolling in the 500 block of Central Avenue on Thursday, at around 8:15 p.m., when they observed a vehicle committing multiple traffic infractions. The car was stopped, and the driver was identified as Zoe Conrad, 19, of Columbus.
Officers say when they questioned her, they thought she might be impaired. After a search, deputies allegedly found marijuana and a controlled substance in the vehicle.
Conrad was taken into custody and preliminarily charged with an OWI, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance.
This arrest came less than 20 hours after she was arrested on a previous OWI charge.
