COLUMBUS, Ind. – At a special meeting Thursday morning, Bartholomew County Commissioners took under advisement bids from various firms for various aspects of the construction of the new county highway garage, to be located east of Petersville.
Upon opening the bids, the commissioners’ attorney Grant Tucker said he did what he could to classify the bids according to the proper category of construction work.
An official announcement of the “winners” is expected in ten days.
