COLUMBUS, Ind. – With the 4th of July fast approaching, many of the city departments in Columbus will have a change in their typical hours.
Columbus City Hall and all city departments will be closed on Thursday, July 4, and Friday, July 5, in observance of the Independence Day holiday weekend.
On July 4, no trash, recycling, or compost will be collected. Collections will be on a one day delay for Thursday and Friday, with Friday’s collection on Saturday, July 6.
