FRANKLIN, Ind. – The city of Franklin is hosting a public meeting to present plans at the 60% stage of development for the Yandes Street Reconstruction Project, and to solicit input from stakeholders. It is scheduled for the Franklin City Council chambers on Tuesday, July 9, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The discussion will start with a quick presentation describing the current project design status, and then the public will be given a chance to ask questions and offer input.
Yandes Street is the last remaining brick pavement in Franklin. It will be reconstructed between Jefferson and Ohio Streets. In addition, reconstruction of Madison Street will be included in the project between Depot and Yandes Streets.
